Budget Private Studio with Free Luxurious Pool and Gym by SYM B625

I stayed in room B-6-25 for 10 days at the beginning of June 2026 and had a very pleasant experience overall. Self check-in was straightforward and communication with the host was excellent throughout my stay. The apartment is located within a huge residential complex of nearly 2,000 units, with six blocks surrounding a large pool area that is constantly used by residents for exercise, recreation, and family gatherings. The apartment itself is clean, bright, and quiet, with separate kitchen and bedroom areas, each equipped with its own air conditioner. Furnishings are simple but practical, including a dining table, chairs, and a large wardrobe. The kitchen has a gas stove, electric oven, rice cooker, and kettle, although there is no microwave. The washing machine appeared new and, together with the balcony drying rails, made laundry easy. The unit was just like the pics in the listing. WiFi was reliable and strong, and the desk setup was comfortable enough for remote work ( see pics for details ), including enough sockets. Complimentary housekeeping is provided for longer stays, which was a nice touch. While there are some eateries nearby, food delivery seems to be the preferred option for many residents. Overall, this is a comfortable and well-managed apartment in a suburban location, ideal for longer stays and remote workers.

Ubytování je sice mimo centrum, ale v naprostém tichu a klidu. V Phnom Penhu skvěle funguje Grab, není problém se za pár dolarů odtud kamkoli dostat. Bazén byl krásný a teplý. Nejsou u něj žádná lehátka, ani židle. V bytě bylo téměř vše potřebné, chyběla utěrka a alespoň nějaké základní koření a sůl. Lednička opravdu chladila, pračku jsem nevyužil. Při příjezdu a po úklidu, byly v bytě dvě 500 ml lahve s vodou a instantní káva. Žádní mravenci ani štěnice v bytě nebyli, přesto byl ve skříňce připravený Raid. Já byl spokojený, úroveň mé očekávání spíše předčila.

V koupelně není sprchový závěs, Při mém příjezdu nebyla zapnutá lednička, musela se pak nachladit. Úklid byl 3. den a pak už ne. To mi sice nijak nevadilo, ale neměl jsem informaci, kam mohu vyhodit odpad., Objednal jsem si byt s balkónem. Ten zde sice byl, ale jen 80*80 cm i s AC, takže nepoužitelný. Adresa ubytování uvedená na Bookingu je zavádějící. Kdyby zde bylo uvedeno ORKIDÉ, každý by věděl.
