Raffles Executive Apartment

The room looks exactly like the pictures. It is quite new with nice lightings. Big screen TV with many Chinese channels options. The reception is very friendly, helpful and fast response. They will ask to add wechat, and we can communicate or make any request with chatting (usually I use google translation) This area is quite new with surrounding few of them still under construction. Next building of the hotel have many food stalls, coffee shop, McD, KFC, Dian Dou De dimsum resto. Across the street there is a big supermarket. It is convenient to stay here. The area considers quiet. It's just there are some construction nearby so during daytime there will be some noise from afar (but not loud). When making booking I left message for the hotel, requested for non-smoking room and to be disinfected since I am in the treatment stage which cleanliness & hygiene are very important. The hotel replied and agreed to fulfill the request. The check in process was smooth and the room as requested was clean and a non-smoking. Stay at 1120 I got twin bed, the size is large for single, it is the size of 1,2mtr and it is comfortable (not too soft and not too hard), bedsheet is soft and clean. Overall I am satisfied staying here. I hope the hotel has a good maintenance and keep up the good service

There are kitchen stove and washing machine. But the hotel doesn't provide any utensils for cooking (no plate, spoon, saucepan). For me I got my own so it isn't a problem. I really hope the hotel can provide at least 1 saucerpan and 1 set of dining utensils (standard provided by other hotels with kitchen facility) so that travellers can use the kitchen for basic needs.

Spacious, appliances like fridge and washing machine functions well, good air conditioning. Customer service is excellent as they reply super fast over WeChat. Daily cleaning by staff is good.

The check in process was challenging. Struggled to communicate with the staff. Payment couldn't be made by credit card. Although there is a coffee station in the room, there was only tea available, no coffee.
