Deluxe Apartment Ana 100 m from the beach

First of all, Opatija is a very beautiful city, and this apartment is located in a great part of it — about 15–20 minutes from the city centre, and the same distance to the opposite side (Ičići Beach). The nearest swimming spot is only about a 5-minute walk away. The apartment has a good air conditioner, plenty of space, and a cozy, spacious balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. The hosts are very helpful and responsive. The shower is excellent — really outstanding! My baby even had a beautifully prepared little bed waiting for them, made with love 😊

Iznimno prostran sa svim potrebnim za ugodan boravak. Cistoca cista desetka i izrazito ljubazni i usluzni domacini. Lokacija je malo udaljenija od centra Opatije ali setnica do Opatije prekrasna.

We loved everything - location, parking, apartment (cosy, well equiped, quiet, spaceous, bright, clean). The view was perfect. And drinking coffe in the morning sun on the balcony was amazing. Little shop just few stairs away. 198 stairs to lungomare. The hosts were kind and very helpful.

It's good to know - apartment is at the top floor (2nd floor), no elevator, bur very spasious stairs. It's not, that we didn't like that, it's just something what could be important for those who hate stairs.
