First, the host was amazing from beginning to the end. Very helpful, informative, and welcoming. I've stayed at this resort before but my stay didn't feel the same. I felt so at home and seriously didn't want to leave. The view was AMAZING! I loved the patio furniture and the comfort of the beds in this condo! There was no stone unturned with this unit.. i didn't have to purchase much of anythjng extra outside of my food. Kudos to the owner!
My only dislike and this has nothing to do with the host, but how the resort handled the elevators. We were inconvenienced at the busiest times of the day with only having one working elevator on the end we were on. They'd decided to turn off one and work on it throughout the day starting around 9am and maybe ending after 6pm or 7pm. It was so annoying.

Closing to the beach
Poor towels not enough for 5 people, dirty apartment with spiders web, laundry room has a broken door,falling out,dirty window curtains,and first bunk bed room curtains was very dirty

Our condo was absolutely amazing as well as our host Val. Our view was amazing as well. I also like the fact that there was security and that no one that was not staying in the resort could enter and they actually checked for the bracelets. It was definitely family oriented for the most part.
The elevators definitely need work. Check in times and check out times were really difficult to get an elevator especially with some of them being broken. The pools were still pretty cold but there is a heated pool on the rooftop but they only keep it heated thru February definitely should keep it heated until the end of april for sure. Also, there was a hot tub up top that was freezing cold. My kids swam and didn't mind but we did not.
