Amazing location. Super comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen and laundry for a longer stay. Nick the manager was fantastic on comms and was able to provide us with an early check in/late check out.

The house is perched right above the ocean, arguably in the best possible location between Bondi and Coogee Beach. The angle of the natural light and the positioning of the house are perhaps the finest you can find. It simply doesn't get any better than this. Don't pay any mind to those claiming the house needs renovation. Any home sitting directly over the ocean weathers quickly; that’s just nature. Please ignore the critics and just enjoy the life and the view that a multi million dollar home. It is impossible for an owner to renovate every three months. The house sits on a hill, right at the ocean's edge. Personally, I wasn't bothered by a single thing. It’s a mistake to compare a coastal home like this to a standard city apartment. Focus on the endless ocean, not a 2 mm bubble on the wall. I am deeply grateful to the host for opening their home to me. I had the chance to experience a priceless property at a very reasonable price. Thank you.

Disappointed with the outside area, as rather unkempt!! Sofa needed a clean! The bathroom was very poorly fitted with a very old & dirty bath. Needed a good upgrade as not as described.

The property location is amazing. We saw dolphins every morning from our window balcony. You couldn’t get a better view

The bathroom does need an updatethe shower over the bath was partially blocked so water only comes out some of the holes
