The Historic Lyric Penthouse with Private Rooftop

Lots of space, easy access, excellent location, great value. We used the private rooftop morning and night.. What more can I say?!!

Everything was perfect

The room was outstanding

It was construction going on and it woke us up in the morning, plus we got a ticket for parking

The place was VERY aesthetically pretty and had Gorgeous furniture/appliances inside. Very nice aura, once you make it upstairs to the penthouse, remembrance of the Entryway isn’t so bad. My mother is very sweet and overall humbly enjoyed her stay.

Okay, I have to admit I was a bit embarrassed by how bad the appearance was to the lobby/entryway into the building and didn’t want my mom to see it because I knew it would have made her feel as if she weren’t in the best environment as I had promised. According to previous reviews it’s apparently been “under construction” for over a year now, and it seems to be very little progress. Ugggh, I really LOATHED the entrance. Biggest eye sore ever, And had to keep looking at it as I came and went. This was suppose to be a getaway, I only wanted prettiness all around my mother. The actual Air BNB could utilize some professional cleaning for under the beds, the floors and stairs as well as the animal print rug having truly needed shampooed. The rooftop could have used removal of all the dead plants and a good sweep to improve the ambiance. Option for blinds and or shutters to the windows for privacy would be nice, it appears there were once doors over the windows 🪟 but were removed.
