Not worth the price and can not sleep well for the outside light

1. Insufficient hot water supply. My husband took 5 minutes for taking a shower and I took 15 minutes. The bath water got cold after I took 10 minutes’ shower. 2. Difficult for finding the location and landlord.On the day of check-in, because Google Maps did not accurately locate the accommodation, I contacted the landlord and needed her to open the barrier of the garage to enter, the landlord said that she got on the plane half an hour later and could not be contacted, and it was chaotic at the time. It took us a lot of time to get into the house because of the double code required to enter the house. 3. There is a serious problem with the shading of the accommodation. The balcony has mechanical blackout curtains that can be controlled, a total of 4 sides, one of which cannot be lowered to half, and cannot be shading. The blackout curtains in the bedroom are wooden fences, which are very transparent, and they are all bright during the day, and after dark, all the lights from the outdoor street penetrate into the room, and I am disturbed by the bright light even if I wear an eye patch. 4. There is a serious problem with the shower drain. Take shower for 5 minutes, the water will become a swimming pool, and the feet will be soaked in the water, which will cause a very bad experience in the shower. 5. There is a problem with the key door lock of the residence. It takes a long time to open the door lock when moving in, and the door cannot be opened if it is not accurate. When we entered the next day, the key was out of condition and it took half an hour to rotate the key at the door to get in.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wunderschöne, neugebaute Wohnung im 2. Stock (Obergeschoss) mit einem grossen Balkon / Terrasse und einer seitlichen Sicht auf den Pinienwald. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, die Küche perfekt eingerichtet (Kühlschrank mit getrennten Gefrierfächern, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kochherd, Kochutensilien, Geschirr - alles in tadellosem Zustand). Alle Möbel in der Wohnung sind auch in sehr gutem Zustand. Das Badezimmer ist schön und gut beleuchtet, es hat eine Waschmaschine. Viel Stauraum im Eingangsbereich und in dem Schlafzimmer. Vor dem Haus hat man einen Parkplatz für ein Auto und Parkplätze für Velos. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dieser Wohnung gefühlt und hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

Leider gibt es im Haus keinen Lift, die Koffer bzw. schweres Gepäck / Einkaufstüten muss man in den 2. Stock hoch-/runtertragen.
