Location is amazing and the house layout was perfect for extended family . Yamba continues to be our favourite holiday destination.
Unfortunatetly the outside rubbish bins were full when we arrived . They smelt badly and there were maggots in them . When this was brought to the attention of the host they were apologetic and had orgnaised someone to deal with it that day .

Lovely house, great location.
Minor point - shade to the living areas for the afternoon sun would be good, but the windows are heavily tinted.

Great location, plenty of rooms
BBQ hadn’t been cleaned after previous guests, drip tray was full & overflowing onto patio. No tea towels provided.
