Good but could definitely be improved

Really good location, pool table is a great idea, good parking. Dog friendly with enclosed garden.

Unfortunately the hottub wasn’t overly warm when we arrived. We put it up to 40 degrees and left it until the next morning and it still wasn’t hot, the water level was also quite low. We had originally picked a front room but soon realised there was no radiator in that room and was very cold. In my opinion this property is more suited for a group of people going on a night out rather than a couples night. Hottub area could definitely do with some heat lamps for this time of year. For the price some improvements could definitely be made, no lamp shades, no towel gowns or slippers for hottub and a bad damp smell in some rooms. I understand this property is quite aged but price should reflect this.

fun, comfortable and great location!

location was fab, could walk a short distance or get a taxi easily. there was plenty of info left for us. taxi numbers, take away numbers, things to do etc. so spacious and clean. beds were super comfy and the whole house was beautifully decorated. we didn't even have to leave the property as the hot tub, pool table, darts board and golfing putt gave us plenty to do. i loved the effort that was put into decorating for Halloween also! chocolates and wine were a lovely touch too and we loved them!

the only thing i would recommend would be gowns for coming out of the hot tub to make the stay more luxurious but i understand this is also not a necessity. other than that we had no issues with the property at all.

My partner and i had a grea time using the facilaties and havin be close to the beach area was lovely drive aswell.

The house itself was lovely, bed very comfy. The accerisories in the garden area was enjoyable and fun. Pool table was my go to and for my partner was the hot tub.

It was abit annoying tha the pin code i got for the gate lock didnt work, and kept havin to go out the front door to open the back garden door to get to my car to bring things in the house, somehow the garden gate at the back opened with out havin to decode the lock, but couldnt be opened from inside, having to go through front door to get to the back garden door.

We had a lovely girlie stay full of bubbles and laughs .

Location and house itself was fab, clean and cosy . Hot tub and outdoor facilities were class

Could have had a few more bits available i.e sponge/dishcloth for washing up and drying cloth . Water lay on floor in shower so only one of us had time to shower as water didn’t drain properly. Overall we had a very pleasant stay .

Loved it

We loved everything about Chroma Cottage. It had everything we needed with great garden entertainment. The host was great and couldn't do enough to help. The little added extras like a bottle of wine and chocolates on arrival was a lovely little touch.

One thing I have to say that I didn't like is the double bed in the larger front from. The wooden bed frame was extremely noisy when turning in the bed and the mattress wasn't comfortable.
