location was fab, could walk a short distance or get a taxi easily. there was plenty of info left for us. taxi numbers, take away numbers, things to do etc.
so spacious and clean. beds were super comfy and the whole house was beautifully decorated. we didn't even have to leave the property as the hot tub, pool table, darts board and golfing putt gave us plenty to do. i loved the effort that was put into decorating for Halloween also! chocolates and wine were a lovely touch too and we loved them!
the only thing i would recommend would be gowns for coming out of the hot tub to make the stay more luxurious but i understand this is also not a necessity. other than that we had no issues with the property at all.

It had everything well thought out, with great facilities. We have a great evening. Very relaxing, even a welcome gift which was very thoughtful. Highly recommend and will defo be staying shun

Really good location, pool table is a great idea, good parking. Dog friendly with enclosed garden.
Unfortunately the hottub wasn’t overly warm when we arrived. We put it up to 40 degrees and left it until the next morning and it still wasn’t hot, the water level was also quite low. We had originally picked a front room but soon realised there was no radiator in that room and was very cold. In my opinion this property is more suited for a group of people going on a night out rather than a couples night. Hottub area could definitely do with some heat lamps for this time of year. For the price some improvements could definitely be made, no lamp shades, no towel gowns or slippers for hottub and a bad damp smell in some rooms. I understand this property is quite aged but price should reflect this.
