De locatie, het ruime en goed ingerichte appartement met prive terras.
De communicatie met de organisatie. Reageerden niet op mails, telefoontjes en Whatsapp. Check in instructies kreeg ik pas na check in tijd toen uiteindelijk de telefoon wel werd opgenomen en we al dachten op zoek te moeten naar een nieuwe accommodatie...

We were able to check in an hour early. There were multiple bus stops close by with frequent buses so we were able to travel throughout the city in a reasonable amount of time. The wifit, refrigerator, stove, heating, bathroom, washing machine and hair dryer all worked as expected. The unit was clean. Two towels of each type per person were provided. Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper were available. Grocery store was within a 10 minute walk.
Communication with the host was challenging. Some questions/messages were answered promptly; some were never answered. Tried messaging through whatsapp and booking.com. We were not able to make coffee, except instant, because the only coffee making equipment available was a caffeterie with no handle. We always find it challenging to make good use of kitchen facilities when one towel and no paper products are provided.
