Brand New Apartment Nearby Metro

Locatia este curata, este dotata cu AC in toate camerele (2 dormitoare si sufragerie). Am avut uscator de par, fier de calcat, frigider, apa calda..totul impecabil. Locatia ofera self check in cu box pentru chei, deci nu conteaza ora la care ajungi dupa ora de check in mentionata pe site. Este la o distanta de apx 10 min de metrou pe jos. Daca explorezi putin zona, gasesti supermarket, cafenele, brutarii, magazine cu haine. Recomand!

部屋が広くて、子連れ（活発な男の子！）でも安心して利用できました。オーナーさんもすごく親切で、チェックイン準備ができたとの連絡があり、予定より早めにチェックインさせていただけて、すごく助かりました。 建物への入り方やキーボックスの番号などは、宿泊が近づいてから連絡いただきました。終始やりとりが丁寧で、細やかな心遣いがあり、初めての土地でも安心して利用でき感謝です。

メトロから近いとの立地が決め手で予約しましたが、ちょうどメーデーと重なり、メトロは運休。立地の良さが活かされず、シンタグマ広場へ往復歩いて移動しました。ホテル側の問題ではありませんが、コメントにある良かった点が活かされないパターンもあるんだなと驚きました。 個人旅行のため、洗濯機の有無も予約の決めてでしたが、洗濯機能のみで乾燥機能がなかったのは残念でした。勝手に乾燥機能もあると思い込んでいただけですが(⁠*⁠_⁠*⁠) それと、ドラム式は液体洗剤なんですね。常識知らずで粉末を買ってしまって使えず、石鹸で自分で一度手洗いしてから、洗濯機を利用させていただきました。

Проблемы с парковкой.

it is a suite with two bedrooms and a living room. Plenty of space. Very good setup dinning table and couch. C;lose to Metro station.

It is at a very busy street so loud noise almost all night long. With earplugs I still barely sleep. They better improve the sound proof of the apartment. There is no hot water for shower. Water is just freeing cold. It is such an annoying thing after staying out a whole day in the hotness. Text the property manager, he said the solar panel problem then the water tank. He said to send plumber to fix it but still same when we leave. Not happy with it.
