Appartement chaleureux, proche de tout, mais au calme. Avec de belles prestations.
Pour un séjour plus long il manquerait un lave linge

Bien situé, bien équipé et relativement propre.
La météo actuelle mériterait un petit coup de chauffage, on a eu un peu froid.

D'être constamment harcelés par la propriétaire, qui d’après ses dires à force d'avoir des ennuis avec ses locataires, pratique une politique de location qui s'approche du harcèlement. Il faut savoir que la caution (300 euros) même si elle n'est pas prélevée coute en frais 5, 85 euros . ce qui nous fait une location presque à 115 euros la nuit . C'est excessif. Nous avons été très déçus. Nous avions loué le mois dernier un appartement F3 avec parking privé , pour 60 euros à Châteauroux. A ne pas recommander.
