Air conditioning and great location

設備が新しく洗濯機　オーブン　冷蔵庫　シャワー　全てが快適でした。使い方はAIに教えてもらいました❣️ モネの絵にもあるモントルグイユ通りがすぐ近くにあり、美味しいものがたくはんです。 また、今回の旅の目的は安藤忠雄氏により改装されたブルスドコメルスの見学だったのですが、すぐ近くで堪能しました。 お部屋はとても広くゆったりと使わせていただきました。朝食は市場で買ったお野菜でサラダ、チーズ、ハムでサンドイッチ、とまるでパリで暮らしているようでした。素晴らしかった。有り難う御座いました。

General: Very convenient location, near 3 metro stations and also supermarket (monoprix). Access to elevator (not huge) makes thing easier at the end of a long walking day. Bedroom: Good amount of storage, so you can comfortable unpack. Bed is very comfortable, with plenty of outlets. Spare linen in the closet was bonus. Kitchen: Setup is more than sufficient, with most utensils and cook/flatware needed. Good size fridge, dishwasher, freezer. Washer and functional dryer! Induction stove works well, as did kettle. Washroom/Toilet/Bathroom: Water pressure and hot water are both good. Living Space: Very comfortable couch, good TV. Very easy to relax into at the end of the day. Dining table can seat up to 6 people (a bit tight), but great for dine-in options. Temperature: We stayed during the winter (Feb), so didn't use the air conditioner, but the heating units in the apartment worked wonderfully. Hosts: Very responsive to questions and even allowed us to drop off luggage early on our arrival date, while the cleaners set up the apartment. We arrived with basic supply to get us started (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.) Honestly, we would absolutely come back again.

Mostly minor nitpickings, no major showstoppers. Kitchen: As some noted, the kitchen supplies (pots/plates) do look a bit fatigued, but perfectly serviceable. Plenty of plates and glasses/cups. The coffee maker (Nespresso) didn't appear to work properly, but you are literally a stone throw from an artisanal coffee shop (30 steps). Supplies for longer stays: We stayed for 2 weeks, and it would have been nice if the host provided more than 1 trashbag (we wanted to keep the place tidy). If you are staying for longer than a week, you'll likely want to head to Monoprix (2 blocks) to get additional supplies. We left some extra toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, etc for the next guest. Washroom/Toilet/Bathroom: Shower is good sized, however, the rest of the washroom is a big tight. The separate toilet room is about the size of a broom closet, which is fine for midsize person, but larger person might struggle a bit. General: There were some renovation work being done nearby, so it can get a bit noisy in the morning (after 8am, generally).

The location was excellent. We liked being a little away from the tourist areas and we had lots of cafes and restaurants to choose from. The apartment is close to the Westfield shopping centre and also a street dedicated to restaurants, gourmet food and cafes.

When we arrived there was a note on the outside of the front door (obviously placed by the owners of other apartments in the building) saying not to use the air conditioning at any time as it makes too much noise in the building. Luckily it wasn’t very hot during our stay. The toilet is super small, if you are a large person you find it difficult to fit through the door. Also, the bathroom was tiny so be prepared for that. Finally, the kitchen was good but many of the plates were chipped. I know this is relatively minor but when you are paying top dollar I would expect the plates (which are cheap to replace) to be new.
