The location is great. Beaches, restaurants and activities are in walking distance.
The house was clean and fully stocked with everything needed. The property management was professional and very accommodating.

location is great for quick access to the beaches. a quick 10 to 20 minute drive to sea world to fashion valley mall the zoo and other local area attractions the beaches and belmont park mall is perfect walking distances
no parking. they assigned a parking spot . but you need a golf cart or motorcycle or e bike for it best parking solution i found was to park in the community parking lots as the time allowed the closet commuter lot closed at 10pm the one up by belmont park makes for a walk home at night after ten pm.

It was not far the beach just behind it. Less bussy than on the beach and also near the bay.
The house had everything needed.
The neighbours upstairs were a nit noisy. I heard people walking and it was like they were constantly moving things around the house.
Parking was a challenge. Our car did not fit in the parking spot. But we knew that upfront
