It is located in a quiet area.

While it was comfortable to stay in there were issues that detracted from a more positive review. Cleanliness in the kitchen was disappointing with crumbs and hair found in the utensils drawer and crumbs underneath the microwave. The exhaust fan did not work in the bathroom and the towel rail was loose. The sliding gate couldn’t be locked nor the seperate gate to access the property. One of the neighbours at the rear of the property left their floodlight on all night and because the Venetian blinds are poorly fitted the bedrooms were light up all night making sleeping difficult. The door to the bathroom needs oiling as it squeaks when being opened and closed. This was particularly annoying at night when the bathroom was used as it disturbed my partners sleep. The three windows above the entries to the bedrooms allow bright morning light to penetrate and bounce off the opposite wall impacting on viewing the TV.
