Lage top! Wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen. Empfang war nett und hat uns mit allen nötigen Infos versorgt. Der Pool ist zum Abkühlen top und die Aussicht richtig gut. Teilweise sehr voll (abends), aber am Nachmittag wenig besucht bei uns und das war sehr chillig. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber okay und vor allem sauber. Wir waren 2 Nächte hier und absolut zufrieden.

Für 4 Leute 4 Handtücher. Ein extra Handtuch für die Hände wäre gut gewesen. Das war für uns aber das Einzige.

Het uitzicht vanaf het zwembad op de stad is fantastisch. Het appartement is ruim, verzorgd en ziet er netjes uit.

Handig om te weten is dat het een appartement betreft in het face hotel. Je wordt opgehaald in de lobby van het hotel. Dit was bij aankomst niet helemaal duidelijk waardoor we een tijdje hebben moeten wachten op degene die de sleutel kwam brengen.

Absolutely nice place, the property very clean and well maintenance. We had amazing stay at platinum klcc Victoria home the room spacious and lovely view and bathtub was nice. The rooftop pool was amazing view twin tower include menara tower we have memorable all over thing we highly recommend will come again.

The pool is definitely of the nicer ones, really an infinity pool without any pillars in your way. Really the best experience of the whole stay.

It really didn't start well. The host wrote me on Whatsapp at 1 AM the night before to send him a screenshot of the booking.com confirmation. Didn't really understand why. In the morning he asked us when we arrive, I said 12-1 PM. He said OK. We arrived and waited until 3 PM because the room wasn't ready. Isn't this why he asked me when we arrive, so he can tell me not to come too early? After he gave us the keys he said I need to pay now, all cash. So I had to run to an ATM and come back with cash. And also pay a 40€ deposit for any room damage. OK. No receipt. He then said something about the room being more expensive and something about cancelling the booking.com reservation (his English was not easy to understand). I said no, I am not interested, don't start with these kind of things. An hour later I received an email from booking.com to confirm my request to cancel the booking. HE USED THE PIN IN THE SCREENSHOT TO CANCEL THE BOOKING IN MY NAME. Well, image being in a really far away country, first time in Asia, paid everything in cash and then receive a message that you booking will be cancelled. Somewhat panicked, I went in the app and managed to find a way to revert the request, and also filed a complaint. Took screenshots of the whole conversation we had on Whatsapp, good thing, because he shortly after deleted all his messages! And 2 hours later I receive a call from his number, but this time was somebody else speaking, and he started to scold me, why did I revoke the cancellation. He was literally shouting at me. Arguments like "you are not entitled to cancel a booking in my name, without me agreeing" were not enough. To this day I don't know how I stopped myself from calling the police. It was not a peaceful sleep. They did give us the deposit back.
