Rapport qualité prix excellent. de plus en plus rare sur booking. je ne comprends pas les autres avis négatifs. Tout s'est très bien passé. Communication aimable et réaction très rapide avec le propriétaire. Propreté nikel. Cuisine très bien agencée, avec toaster, bouilloir, machine Nespresso, linge, éponge, épices huile etc. Smart TV 55' à disposition Router wifi 4G/5G à disposition. (utile pour les enfants). Aucun soucis de connexion. Un lit bébé ainsi qu'une chaise haute était également à disposition rangés dans une armoire. Coop à 400m. et télécabine en 2 minutes en voiture. Idéalement placé pour Skier à Charmey.

Très bon séjour à Charmey

Bel appartement effectivement au calme dans un quartier résidentiel de Charmey, à proximité du centre et des bains de la gruyère. Le logement est très bien équipé, nous avons même pu faire notre 1ère fondue suisse. La place de parking réservée devant l'immeuble est également très appréciable. Nous recommandons vivement.

Le seul petit bémol est le confort du canapé convertible, bien pour un enfant mais pas conseillé pour un adulte.

La ubicacion es buena, la zona es muy bonita, el tamaño del piso es bueno y tiene un balcon grande, aunque con vistas al parking.

No me gusto que el soporte del telefonillo de la ducha estuviera roto. No me gusto que el piso estaba frio y a pesar de contactar con el propietario quien contesto que giraramos el boton blanco, no se activo la calefaccion y tuvimos frio. El piso no dispone de lavadora, la lavadora esta en el sotano, es compartida para toda la finca y no pudimos utilizarla, porque esta desactivada, para usarla hay que llamar a un telefono frances. No hay informacion en el piso con instrucciones para el uso de la lavadora. Tampoco me gustó que la cama estuviera sin hacer, tuvimos que poner las sabanas nosotros.

Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig, was wir sehr genossen. Alles wie beschrieben und die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und haben all unsere Fragen sofort beantwortet.

Petit appartement très sympa.

TOUT. Petit village sympa, à ne PAS rater la fromagerie ☺! Petit appartement où tout est prévu pour être comme à la maison.

ça serait bien d'offrir au propriétaire de l'appartement au dessus du feutre "Pied de chaise" à coller. Les touristes peu civiques ont trainé leurs chaises pendant toute la soirée.... c'est très sonore.

L'appartement est très mal insonorisé. Et le wifi ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Le canapé lit grinçait. Des tas de poussière derrière la porte de la chambre.

Idéal pour une famille

Très calme, propre, bien organisé, bien équipé, place de parc, super emplacement En plus, deux duvets pour les adultes, un grand canapé lit pour notre enfant, des livres, une grande télé, des stores à toutes les fenêtres, tous les produits (ménage, cuisine, savon...) Parfait pour une famille On reviendra l'année prochaine

Juste refaire les joints de la douche et le rideau cassé dans la chambre
