1. Super Lage! Ruhig für eine Großstadt mit sehr zentraler Lage. Alles Wichtige wie einkaufen, Zoo, Museum, Spielplatz, Abendunterhaltung, etc. sind fußläufig erreichbar. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel diverser Art sind innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten erreichbar. 2. Alles sehr ordentlich und sauber. 3. Sichere und angenehme Nachbarschaft. 4. Perfekter Service seitens des Managements! Auf Anfragen wurde innerhalb von wenigen Stunden reagiert und auf höchstem Niveau und sehr freundlich ausgeholfen (WC Papier + Waschmittel wurden am Folgetag an unsere Türschnalle aufgehängt). Herzlichen Dank für den absolut einzigartigen Service an das gesamte Team !

Wir sind eine Familie mit 4 jährigem Kind und blieben 17 Nächte. 1. Der Essbereich umfasst einen relativ kleinen Tisch mit 2 Essstühlen. 2. Die Küche ist mit 1 Pfanne + 1 Kochtopf ausgestattet. 3. Die ausziehbar Couch ist für kleinere Kinder absolut ausreichend. Für Erwachsene ist sie nicht bequem und auch etwas zu kurz. 4. Der Schlüssel zum Hauseingang steckt etwas. Bitte fragen sie das Management um den Code. Damit wird der tägliche Zutritt sehr viel einfacher und schneller. 5. GPS hat die Unterkunft nicht gefunden, wir mussten in der Nachbarschaft um Hilfe bitten. Ein Screenshot oder eine detaillierte Wegbeschreibung wäre sehr hilfreich. Trotz dessen fühlten wir uns sehr wohl und würden aufgrund des tollen Preis-Leistungsverhältnisses die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

The location is superb. If you're a newcomer to Japan you can easily get confused by their train system, so having an apartment that's only a 15 minute walk from a station that goes straight to the Kansai Airport without having to transfer is a huge plus! It's also only a 5 minute or less walk to so many great restaurants, convenience stores, and touristy areas.

Honestly If I HAD to think of 1 thing to improve on, it would be greatly appreciated if they put 1 or 2 free bottles of water (or just 1 big bottle) in the fridge, especially in the summer! The evening I arrived a hot sweaty mess from the airport, I remember wanting to get to my room asap so i could shower and cool off with the air conditioner. I completely forgot about no drinking water and didn't think to stop and buy some on the way.
