The Kozy team was on the ball and fast to respond. Their service level is really good. There are reasonable terms you should know, like security deposit and such (payable via Visa/ Master). Once that is done, they really make sure you are taken care of. The apartment is reasonably clean. Location is fantastic! Just beside 2 malls - Epiwalk and Plaza Festival.
1. Occasional small pest. They came out only 1 day after checked in. Guess it may hv came from neighbours. Some were already died, I think the team was mindful to take pest control measures.
2. The second bedroom was kinda small. This should be made known to folks who needs a 2nd bedroom - suggest kozy to add space measurements to 2nd room upfront.
