Breakfast was not included, but all equipment needed was there to create a complete meal! My stay at this apartment in Kallithea at the end of July exceeded all my expectations. The apartment was spotlessly clean throughout and is without doubt one of the cleanest holiday apartments I have ever stayed in. The location is excellent, in a quiet building and neighbourhood, extremely close to the beautiful Stavros Niarchos Park, with some nice tavernas and convenient public transport nearby. Communication with the host was outstanding. She contacted me before my arrival, was punctual, friendly and welcoming, and I was inside the apartment within five minutes of arriving. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and exceptionally well equipped. The kitchen contains virtually everything you could possibly need, including an espresso coffee machine, kettle, traditional Greek coffee set, cooker, oven, fridge with complimentary bottled water, freezer with ice, and every type of kitchen utensil imaginable. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a washing machine, cleaning products, spare bin bags, and even basic groceries such as coffee, sugar, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. The bedroom has a very comfortable double bed, plenty of wardrobe space and hangers, while the apartment also provides two air-conditioning units, two TVs, reliable Wi-Fi, insect screens on all windows and doors, modern double glazing, and a secure entrance door. The bathroom had excellent water pressure and hot water at any time of the day or night. The apartment offered everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay and represents outstanding value for money. The appartment is comparable to a 4-star hotel (rated as 9.6 on Booking.com and could be more) as it offers much more space and better facilities than where I have stayed in Greece and abroad. I would not hesitate to stay here again and will certainly choose this apartment whenever I return to Kallithea or the surrounding area.

For my liking, everything I really needed was in this self contained apartment. Ideal for a single person as well as for a small family. So anything more offered would have been a real bonus! I would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you and well done to the host for maintaining such a pleasant appartment, so clean and in such great condition!
