Tranquil Bambusic Bliss

The place itself and location are amazing and you won't want to leave. Just taking a few walks from the accommodation is so relaxing with lush greenery, beautiful tea plantations and rice paddy fields on your doorstep and the local people in the village are super friendly. The hosts are incredible and really knowledgeable, kind and helpful and we had great chats every evening. The accommodation itself is as described and had some nice touches. it was great to stay in a place constructed on natural materials with such gorgeous surroundings. It's a short walk to the Orchid Park which was really great to visit and you can book both local tours and safaris directly with the host which takes some of the stress away and we had a really good driver and guide for our safari of the central zone. I would love to go back someday soon and stay here and do multiple safaris and spend more time locally as it was one of the best experiences of our time in North East India. And last but not least you must try the local cuisine on the menu at Bambusic Bliss. The homemade food was delicious and each day we looked forward to our meals. The menu itself also had some great descriptions of some of the wildlife you will see on safari which was another great little touch..Overall it definitely is the best place to stay iin Kaziranga.

Good location. Very helpful host.

Rooms are quite small, maybe good enough for one person only or just an overnight stay for a couple. Food prices are higher and quality could have been better.

It is a quiet place in a very familiar atmosphere since it is run by a young couple who always want to improve their bussines. The small bungalows are simple made of palm and mud, don't expect anything luxurious but it is cozy and clean. But in my case I would highlight my relationship with Provat, the owner who was dedicating his time to please my desires such as getting to know the surrounding ethnic groups, getting to know the villages, seeing the tea plantations and you can do all this with a day trip that he organizes and is very worthwhile, recommended. Regarding the food, it has a good menu and otherwise cooks you whatever you want and at good prices. Regarding the safaris, I was only interested in the morning with the elephants to see the rhinos, it is also highly recommended to do it since the light at sunrise is magical. In short, a very good experience with a host who pampers you and makes your stay satisfactory.

Breakfast was good. They also provided a traditional breakfast one day, and that was exceptional. Provat and Chandana have a wide range of food options, and they prepare it according to your requirements, like less spicy, less oil, etc., which we liked most. The Location is fantastic, it is just a few minutes away from the main gate and highway, still a distinct distance away from highway noise. Owners Provat and Chandana are exceptionally well-behaved, and they keep this place so close to a rural home.

We liked almost everything. Still, there is some scope that we discussed with the owners.
