La buena localización. Apartamento nuevo y limpio perfecto para un fin de semana
Se encuentra en una planta baja (el que nos tocó daba directamente a la calle y estaba al lado de un bar), por lo que hay mucho ruido hasta altas horas de la madrugada (los apartamentos que dan a un patio interior serán más tranquilos probablemente)

Sí, estaba a las afueras, súper bien para aparcar pero a la vez con tan solo cruzar el puente podías acceder al casco antiguo, una maravilla
Quizá su iluminación, ya que solo tenía dos ventanas, una quedaba al patio interior y otra a la calle pero al ser una planta baja debías tener las cortinas

Apartamento totalmente nuevo y muy limpio.
Sin insonorización al exterior. Se oye hablar a la gente de la calle, el ruido de los coches pasando... Imposible dormir el sábado por la noche porque hay un bar muy animado al lado. El domingo el bar estaba cerrado por lo que solo tuvimos las molestias de los ruidos normales de la calle.. y pudimos dormir.
