If you want to stay in the heart of Casa Viejo this hotel is the place. Very convenient for everything in the area.staff was was most accommodating and hotel was clean.

Fabulous hotel, small and super comfortable. Room was on interior courtyard and very quiet. Bed was wonderful. I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant in hotel for breakfast, very dark, wine bottles and wineglasses on table . Not conducive to breakfast. Slow service. Food ok, sometimes they try to be so imaginative that they ruin the food. The hotel itself is fabulous

I stayed here for two nights at the end of my trip to Panama, and unfortunately, they were the worst nights of sleep of the entire trip.
The noise was unbearable — trucks backing up at 4 AM, cars honking all night, and people screaming outside. Sleeping properly was almost impossible.
The room looked nice at first glance, but there was hair and debris on the floor near the toilet and in the corners. The air-conditioning had a strange smell. Housekeeping left dirty towels in the room and didn’t replace them.
I also emailed in advance to say I’d arrive about an hour early and was told it wouldn’t be a problem. When I arrived, they tried to charge me $50 for early check-in. After a short discussion, the fee suddenly disappeared, which felt very uncomfortable.
This was the most expensive hotel of my trip and sadly the most disappointing. Great location, but for the price, I expected much better.
