Vista Bleu - King Suite at Temple Resort

The room was clean. The room had a smart TV so we were able to log in to our streaming platforms. The room had a mini bar fridge, microwave, coffee pod machine and basic milk tea and coffee to get you started.

At the time of our stay it was quite busy, there were lots of children in particular and unfortunately as the room faces the pools there was a fair bit of noise from the area as well as the neighboring apartment which unfortunately could not be completely blocked out. At times there was a noise like a high pitched squealing sound after flushing coming from the toilet so we needed to switch off the water on a few occasions. Unfortunately the bed was not really comfortable and the pillows provided were really flat. Missing that luxurious hotel feel. Would suggest a mattress topper and some thicker pillows could improve the significantly. I would have also appreciated being provided a shower cap and a couple of coffee pods being provided, as well as larger mugs. Car park code did not work however fortunately you could contact reception who opened it for us. The WiFi connection seemed to work okay on the TV but did not work well on our phones.

We didn’t open the cupboards so weren’t aware that there were pool towels or extra bath towels in the cupboard
