This was probably the best hotel stay I have ever had! As a woman traveling solo, Mohamed went above and beyond to take care of me and make me feel safe. At my request he coordinated an excellent guide for me, Essam, to take me on daily guided tours and contracted for me a very safe and reliable driver Moamen. Without the hotel’s coordination of these amazing day trips, I would not have been able to see all the amazing things I got to see! The rooftop also had amazing views of the pyramids and the breakfast was good. I felt like family here. I hope to definitely be back someday to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay! There was a hiccup with the wifi not working at the start, but the staff were quick to offer up a Hotspot while it got repaired.
It was nice to have a breakfast every morning, and we were located close to the back pyramid entrance, which is still open. You don't need to go to the far visitor center entrance.
The a/c worked well. It can be a bit noisy at night, but I think that's just how it is everywhere.

Mohamed was very welcoming and went out of his way to give us the best experience during our short stay at his hotel. His recommendations for tours and activities were really helpful and made our stay feel like a breeze. Thank you so much for our first experience in Egypt.
