The fully fenced complex is safe and secure, with free off-street parking and manicured lawns and gardens for relaxation and play with the kids.

In the apartment itself, The Salty Seagull's modern coastal furnishings and stylish décor have been carefully selected by our family to create a welcoming sense of ‘luxe with personality’.

The Salty Seagull’s three spacious bedrooms all feature built-in wardrobes, plush pillow-top mattresses, fine French linens and beautiful styling to ensure you feel relaxed the moment you step inside.

The Palm Room boasts ocean views, a plush queen bed, private ensuite bathroom, ceiling fan and reverse-cycle air con.

The spacious Ocean Room boasts its own private balcony overlooking the neighboring bushland and a decadent queen-sized bed.

The Seaside Room is beachside paradise for the kids! From a cheeky hanging pufferfish to wallowing whales, the room is filled with fun including books and toys to keep little hands busy, and twin single beds plus a trundle. A porta cot is also available on request.


* Bathrooms *
Both modern bathrooms feature stone vanities, glass showers and in the master, a full-sized bath. A separate toilet and vanity are also located off the laundry, and luxury little toiletries are provided on arrival.


* Location and access *
The Salty Seagull is located within a safe, quiet and secure apartment complex just steps from the beach and Encounter Bay wharf. There are plenty of safe grassed areas within the complex for picnics and play, with free parking for all guests.

For accessibility, please note that apartment is situated on the top floor with access via 21 steps across three flights of stairs.
