About this apartment rental
20 minutes from Grenoble, in the town of St Martin d'Uriage, this 32 m2 apartment with mezzanine, is located in the magical setting of the castle of Uriage, an old fortified castle of the thirteenth century classified as a historical monument.

The accommodation
Entering the apartment you arrive in the entrance extending into the kitchen and then the living room. From the entrance you can also take the staircase that goes up to the open mezzanine and a bathroom with shower sink and washing machine, facing the front door is a separate toilet.
In order to receive you in the best conditions and to ensure your comfort, we provide you with:
- Bed 140x190 on the mezzanine + sheets, duvet, pillows and cupboard
- A sofa bed in the living room with 140x190 bed + sheets, duvet and pillows.
- Connected TV (you will be able to access your Netflix accounts, Prime Video etc...)
- Wi-Fi internet access
- Washing machine and a few doses
- Dishwasher and some pebbles
- Multifunction oven (microwave and oven)
- Nespresso coffee machine and some capsules
-Raclette machine, pierrade with pancake function
-Toaster, kettle, everything for cooking.
- A set of towels.
-Adult books, children's books, card games, children's games, games...

The apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator of a secure castle from the beginning of the XI th century.
The apartment is quiet and is located less than 10 minutes walk from Uriage and the heart of the village of Saint Martin d'Uriage, 20 minutes by car from Grenoble and 25 minutes from the Chamrousse station.
Traveler access
The apartment is entirely at your disposal and has a shared parking lot at the castle (free of charge).
You can enjoy various activities throughout the year.
Winter:
15 minutes from the castle, access to the Chamrousse ski area by the Casserousse chairlift where there is also a ski touring and snowshoeing departure.
Shuttles pass near the castle to access Chamrousse.
Summer:
- Hiking, trail running, mountain biking from the castle.
- Path of the ramparts which allows you to go down to Uriage in 10 minutes on foot.
- Swimming pool in St Martin d'Uriage.
- Golf d'Uriage
All year round:
- The Thermal Baths
