About this apartment rental

Welcome to Residence 217 at Art Studios! This thoughtfully designed studio home maximizes all the square footage to its fullest! These are fully furnished and feature everything you will need during your stay, just bring your clothes!! The kitchen features a convection microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and 2-burner induction cooktop. Just down the hall from the home is a Free Laundry Room. This home has a lofted bed area with a plush queen size, brand new mattress. Iconique Real Estate is offering a total of 5 individually designed homes here at Art Studios, each with a unique Local-artist-commissioned Mural. These homes are being offered with a 30 day minimum lease and are professionally managed by Iconique.

We provide an amenity starter kit that includes essential toiletries and basic cleaning supplies. Furthermore, the home is meticulously inspected and cleaned after each move-out, with inventory fully restocked.
