This fully furnished and beautifully appointed waterfront townhouse has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is in the heart of Bronte village with unobstructed lake views. Walk to trendy bars, restaurants and shopping or relax and enjoy the wonderful view! Backing on to parkland with a fenced backyard and large deck, you can watch the sunrise over Lake Ontario.
You will enjoy an open concept living, dining and kitchen area with large smart TV and super comfortable seating. Watch the sunrise while enjoying a coffee or tea from the couch or outside on the deck.
There is a dedicated separate office with desk and chair, with a walk out to the fenced backyard and a lovely view. Bathrooms are conveniently located on every level and full sized washer and dryer are situated on the main floor.
The kitchen is fully stocked for whatever you may need to cook and there are 3 fridges with freezers available to use. A dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, slow cooker and quality pots & pans for the induction stove top are also included. Full sets of dishes & cutlery are provided.
Parking is available for 2 cars on site.
This is a beautiful, quiet, well maintained complex backing onto parkland and the lake. The neighbors are really nice and you can walk to Shoppers, Farm Boy, several very good restaurants & bars and even McDonalds and Tim Hortons!

My stay here was fantastic. I needed a short term house to stay for a few months and this property fit the bill perfectly. The hosts were very well organized and have thought of everything to make my stay seamless. The house is very well equipped with everything you need- kitchen appliances, cookware and utensils. Deb and Ron were very easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. The beds were comfortable. The living room overlooked the lake, a beautiful way to start the day watching the sunset. I loved being so close to the paths and trails in Bronte park. My stay couldn’t have been better. Thank you!
