Big Tub Paradise - Tranquil Oasis Surrounded by Nature

I would highly recommend staying here in the summer if you like boating. There really isn’t a beach close by. However, Big Tub Paradise is absolutely fantastic.Would recommend putting middle carpeting on the stairs. We had a fall.

We liked that it was a home away from home! We usually bring towels, soaps, seasonings, plates and cutlery when we rent in case, but Kourtneys cottage had everything we needed! The bonus for us was that there was enough linens, beds, dining wear and Toiletries for us to use! Even toys and games were provided for the kids and adults to play which was really thoughtful. The house looked exactly what was expected from the poctures we saw as well! Very esthetic! I liked the binder and signs provided to guide us on what to do in the home, it was very organized! Things to add to the binder is how to trouble shoot the dish washer. The house was walking distance to the town, the area is very quiet around this time. Grocery is nearby but unfortunately most places are seasonal which we didnt know about as we're 3 hours away, but we still enjoyed our staycation. Things to improve on are cleanliness. I noticed the floors weren't that clean as i saw dust, hair and crumbs as we settled in. My son (9 month baby) is pretty sensitive with his skin right now and there were pet hairs of some kind on the couch that made him itch, dust around the king bed and crib, dust in the vent above the dining table. Overall I'd book and recommend this cottage to anyone and I look forward to visiting again in the future with friends and family! Thanks again Kourtney!

Close proximity to the harbour, and spacious for large family trip. Excellent communication starting from the check-in and even after we check-out. We left a hat in the property and had to contact the property far after the check out, yet the host and the team were very kind to help us out. Would definitely visit again for our next trip in the area. Thank you!
