About this apartment rental

This apartment is decorated with a theme of something that I enjoy! I'm an active person and biking is a great past time I love doing around the area, especially the 1,293 acres of Forest Park. Fortunately, the amazing environment of Dogtown doesn't require a bike at all! All that Forest Park offers is right out the front door and in walking distance. Or it's a quick bus ride or drive to downtown, the Loop, and Washington University. It'd be my pleasure to have you as a guest in my apartment!

This studio like unit is a private space, ideal for long stays.

The entire unit is available for you. This is a private unit.

Hi-Pointe, named for being one of the highest points in Saint Louis, is located on the southwestern edge of Forest Park. This large, historic park is home to the Saint Louis Art Museum, the Saint Louis Zoo, the Highlands Golf & Tennis, and the Forest Park Golf Course. I-64 extends through the northwest corner of Hi-Pointe for easy commutes to Downtown Saint Louis, located about five miles east of Hi-Pointe.

This walkable, bicycle-friendly neighborhood offers several bus stops for car-free commute options. While most of Hi-Pointe is residential, a shopping district is located in the northwest corner along Oakland Avenue. This area contains the historic Hi-Pointe Theatre, built in 1922. Just outside the neighborhood, residents can quickly reach SMM Health St. Mary's Hospital, Saint Louis Community College-Forest Park, and Healthworks Kids' Museum St. Louis.

Regardless, our cleaning crew will do their best to ensure it's as spotless as possible!

- Please note we can potentially provide passes to the, Botanical Gardens, or the Science Center upon request and depending on availability of passes!
- Please note that there is a $10 fee for the replacement of a lost pass for the zoo.
- When using these passes to access the parks, please be sure to inform them that you are a friend of Jay Rios.

Verification of ID is required to prevent credit card fraud.

Not a bad place to stay, but it had a few downsides . Being right by the front door means you’ll hear people coming in/out regularly. The parking garage was pretty tight quarters, so caution to those with a large vehicle. The TV was finicky, but with some patience and prayers you’ll get to watch what you want. Lastly, the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows a joke. Bring your own pillow. Now for the good: it was a great location. Nice and clean. The fridge was mighty spacious in case you need that. And the utilities all functioned well. PS- why was this on the back of the property instructions? (See photo attached)

We just left the property and all was well. Very clean. 10 minutes from Arch and Budweiser tour which we loved! The unexpected perk of receiving Botanical Gardens and Zoo tickets shocked me (you have to ask it’s not automatic and only upon availability) we will be returning without a doubt! The only thing please get an extension cord for by the bed/tv area. There’s no extra plugs for your phone, Apple Watch, etc. had to plug those in in the kitchen. No problem I just like my phone near me. Otherwise I loved it. So cute, quaint and quiet!
