This waterfront gem is located in a safe quiet neighborhood. Great if you're looking for a peaceful, private location. Enjoy a magical sunset and sunrise. Centralized in the middle of Florida, only 2 miles from I-4 & I-75, and minutes from the nightlife and excitement of Tampa and And you are only 10 Mins drive from Apollo Beach and an hour's drive from several of the best beaches in the world, including Clearwater, St Pete's, Treasure Island, Fort de Soto, and Orlando.

Our host was great. We had a few issues with the air conditioning, and she sent a service man to check out. We stayed three weeks and the location was nice and quiet. It’s an ideal property for kids, however be sure you bring things to entertain them, books, games etc.
