Robin, the host was excellent and available immediately. Only had a few minor issues. I wasn't able to get in using the keypad at first. User error but an extra explanation for us older folks would be great :). The master bedroom was the home's warmest room, so my dad had to use extra blankets to stay warm because my husband and I were hot. I gave the neighborhood 3 out of 5 stars because Im from this area and I know the crime that lurks only a few blocks away. After living in Houston for over 15 years, I see the same element hanging around. Nothing to be too concerned about as the home is tucked away in a safe place. If you stay here just keep your car doors locked and be mindful of your surroundings. All in all I give this property a 4 out of 5 stars and would stay again.
