What a relaxing 5 days we had at the Forest Cabin. The home was tastefully decorated and furnished beautifully with all the necessities one would need for meal preparation, dining, and daily living. The outdoor screened in porch was my favorite spot while there and was a great place to relax and dine while enjoying the serenity of the wooded mountainside or just to sit, relax, and read a book. The attached outdoor deck with a hot tub was a nice touch to take a dip after a day of exploring the surrounding mountains and towns. And in the evening you could enjoy a fire in the gas fire pit on the screened in porch or in the outdoor firepit below the hot tub deck. The living room is comfortably furnished for enjoying the TV over the large stone fireplace. And you have a choice of a 1st floor bedroom or a loft bedroom on the second floor, both providing comfortable beds for a great night's rest. Pets are welcome with a fee that was very reasonable and not exclusive to a certain weight which was great as we could bring along our 80 lb girl Jaydn. Miss Bettye was a fantastic host and kept in contact as necessary. We both enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to returning to the Forest Cabin in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay, the cabin is immaculate and supplied everything we needed. It's in a great location and secluded to just spend time together. The host is very sweet and we will definitely stay here again
