Welcome to Seaside Serenity!
This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom waterfront home is located in the Golf & Sea Village of Apollo Beach and comfortably sleeps 6. Situated directly on the canal, it has a private dock off the backyard where guests can enjoy fishing, manatee and dolphin sightings or watch the sunrise and sunset. There is a screened-in lanai that houses a swimming pool, BBQ, TV, stand-up bar and large patio for dining outdoors. The pool is NOT HEATED however, can be for a fee during March to October. Inside the home you'll find an open concept layout that seamlessly connects the living, dining and conversation rooms designed with relaxation in mind. Seaside Serenity is carefully crafted with vinyl plank flooring, stone countertops and high-end furnishings. The kitchen is tailored to meet your every need while also providing space for entertaining with a pass through window. Just off the kitchen holds a fully functioning coffee bar with both a Nespresso and Keurig coffee maker. A beverage fridge is also included to ensure you never run out while enjoying the outdoors. The secluded primary bedroom has been thoughtfully designed with a California king size bed and plush luxury linens ensuring a restful nights sleep. The en-suite bathroom features double sinks, a large walk-in shower with 3 shower heads, Brooklinen or The Loft plush towels and makeup vanity. The laundry closet is equipped with everything you need to ensure having fresh clothes or towels during your stay. The second and third bedrooms are hidden behind a pocket door to ensure extra privacy for guests. The second bedroom offers a king size bed with plush linens and access to the lanai. Finally, the third bedroom has a queen size bed offering deluxe cotton sheets welcoming you to relax and enjoy the view of the canal. The second bathroom houses double sinks, a walk-in shower and Brooklinen or The Loft luxury towels. This home is walking distance from Apollo Beach Park that offers tennis and basketball courts, walking track, splash pad and more. It is centrally located to some of Florida's most popular beach towns, including St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and downtown Tampa. It's minutes away from multiple waterfront restaurants such as Finn's Dockside Bar & Grill and Circle's Waterfront. The Apollo Beach Nature Preserve is also a short driving distance from the home. Visit us November through April and make sure to add the Manatee Viewing Center to your must-do list! From wonderful beds and bedding, spotless, wonderfully stocked kitchen, great neighborhood, responsive host and the best relaxing stay ever. We are saving up for our next chance to return. Lovely relaxing property with space and contemporary design. A pool and three bedrooms affords relaxation without compromising. Convenient location and quiet neighbors make this a “short list” want to return property.
