Easy check in; responsive communication with host. Close to the Marina at Bear Lake. Roomy. Clean...very comfortable beds and fully functional and stocked kitchen. We met up here as a family to enjoy a few days together. It was perfect for all 9 Adults!

Our overall experience was awesome! The town home is fairly new and had all the amenities we needed. We booked time during Raspberry Days so it was crowded. Our hostess was great to work with and responded quickly to my request. We found that the west bedrooms were on the warm side in the evenings as it faces west. It is located in a quiet area west of Mikes Grocery store. It is close to all the restaurants in the city. There were 10 of us that enjoyed the place. I drove my truck that didn’t fit in the garage although my sons camry did. Parking may be a problem if all the other town houses in the development are rented. Great stay! I booked through vrbo who worked with Evolve to coordinate the booking. So that was a little confusing at first.
