Welcome to the Sycamore Street Apartment, a thoughtfully designed space in the heart of Three Oaks, MI. This apartment is on a quiet, tree lined street just one block from Journeyman Distillery, the Acorn Theater, and the quaint shops & restaurants lining downtown Three Oaks. Enjoy small town charm while being minutes from the beaches along Lake Michigan, Warren Dunes State Park, wineries, antiquing and all that Harbor Country has to offer. We look forward to welcoming you!
The Sycamore Street Apartment is a recently renovated 2 bedroom 1 bathroom single story apartment. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig, gas range and a washer & dryer. Relax in the cozy living room with a 55inch Samsung smart tv, enjoy the central dining room that can also act as a second dedicated work space and a clean and modern bathroom with plenty of storage. Each bedroom features a queen bed with hotel quality linens and large closets. Brand new Central AC system installed in 2023. Private outdoor furnished deck and front porch to be enjoyed in warmer months.
Other things to note:
Free daytime & overnight street parking located in front of the unit and through out Three Oaks.
Self Check in with 4 digit code provided before your stay for easy access to the unit at the time of check in and during your stay.
Samsung smart tv is set up for internet only. You can use your own streaming service subscriptions to watch your favorite shows while at the Sycamore St Apartment.
The unit does not currently have a dishwasher but otherwise the kitchen is fully equipped.
This is the front unit of a duplex. The back unit is currently undergoing renovations (that will not interfere with your stay!) to become another welcoming rental unit!

The home is warm, inviting and clean with great natural light. The location is excellent! We were able to ride our bikes in the countryside and walk leisurely around Three Oaks. While we did not have time to enjoy the bicycle museum, the owner/manager was very helpful and friendly in assisting us with information about the biking trails.The town is clean and neat, with numerous dining options. We highly recommend this unit.The owner (Emily) was responsive to our inquiries, even at unusual times.

Property was as described and pictured. Walking distances to shops, restaurants and Journeyman distillery. Beds and linens were comfortable. Cute town for a girls weekend!
