Whether visiting Augusta for work, play, or the Masters Tournament, this updated and centrally located 2 bed, 2 bath condo will make you feel right at home. The kitchen is fully equipped and features stainless appliances and granite countertops. The living room has a large comfy couch, is open to the dining area, has a smart TV, and there is access to a screened patio right off the living room. There are two bedrooms, both with smart TV's, 2 full bathrooms, and a washer and dryer.

Quiet condo located close to shopping, the Augusta National, downtown, and the medical district.
Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of a locked owner's closet. . Access is provided via a smart lock with a personal code that will be shared prior to check in.
This comfortably furnished home features 2 bedrooms with queen beds and tv's in all the bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, a laundry area , a fully equipped kitchen. There is a private patio area located off of the living room.
There is one dedicated space for the unit, but there are multiple guest spaces right next to the dedicated space. You will need a car to best navigate the Augusta area.
Manager/owner is a licensed real estate Broker in GA and SC. There will be a $40 fee per pet staying in the home.
Anyone smoking inside or outside the property will incur a $750 fine.
