➤ For stays of 30 nights or more, guests are required to sign a standard lease agreement in accordance with local regulations. This will be sent after booking and must be completed before check-in
➤ There is a $100 pet fee per pet weighing up to 25 lbs., with additional charges applicable for pets exceeding this weight limit. A maximum of 2 pets are permitted.
➤ No smoking or Vaping. The property is under surveillance 24hrs. There is one camera located at the front of the house. It is a doorbell camera and it operates through motion detection. We have a strict 25 minimum age restriction.
☀ Last-Minute Bookings: For reservations made within 48-72 hours of arrival, our standard check-in time is 7 PM. We may be able to accommodate an earlier 4 PM check-in upon request; please let us know your needs, and we will do our best to assist.
☀ Starter Supplies: We provide a complimentary starter kit of essential supplies, including shampoo, soap, and toilet paper. Please note these items are intended to get you started and are not restocked during your stay.

We had a great stay. 3 adults and a dog. Plenty of space. Felt like home for a week trip

The house was great. We were back and forth to my mothers house.It was quiet and perfect for my daughter to nap.
It was chilly at night and we found if we left the bedroom doors open there was more warm air flow.
Everything else was perfect
