Villa La Porte des Agriate – Calm, Nature & Comfort just a stone's throw from Saint-Florent
Nestled in the peaceful hamlet of Casta, just 7 km from Saint-Florent, Villa La Porte des Agriate is an invitation to relax in the heart of unspoilt nature. Located at the end of a dead-end road, this beautiful single-storey house offers you peace and panoramic views of the mountain, in an environment conducive to hiking and rejuvenation.
Upon arrival, you will be offered a few local products as a welcome – a gentle immersion in the Corsican art of living.
Accommodation – Up to 6 guests
With an area of 100 m², the villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and consists of:
🛋️ A spacious and bright living room with cosy lounge (TV), convivial dining room and fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, toaster, kettle).
🛏️ A master suite with queen size bed (160), dressing room, private bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
🛏️ A second bedroom with queen size bed (160).
🛏️ A third bedroom with two modular single beds (possibility of double bed 160).
🚿 A second bathroom with shower.
🚽 Separate toilet.
Outdoors – Relaxation & Leisure
Large shaded terrace with garden furniture for meals facing the mountains.
Private heated swimming pool (from May to September - under favourable weather conditions), chlorine-free (electrolysis treatment), with secure electric shutter.
Enclosed garden, barbecue, and petanque court for your moments of conviviality.

We spend two weeks in this beautiful house. It was clean and compared to other accommodations is very well equipped with many details. The garden around the house is very nice and our kids enjoyed the place to play. The description and the pictures are correct. We even recieved a detailed Description of the direction and welcome Guide few days before arrival, which was very great and helpful. Communication with the owner was very good via email and very cooperative. Nothing was missed during our stay and we will definetly come back!Many thanks for hosting us in this great house!
