An open-plan kitchen, dining and living area featuring a contemporary green palette provides a tranquil space to unwind, with split system air-conditioning to keep you comfortable year-round. Unwind on the sofa and watch TV, or cook up meals in the fully equipped kitchen, choosing to dine at the four-seater table or outside on the private outdoor balcony, where a cosy setting offers the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset.
Two bedrooms each feature a queen-size bed, side tables and reading lamps, with four guests enjoying the privacy and convenience of two modern and immaculately presented bathrooms with the added convenience of a washing machine and dryer. Guests can also make use of the building’s shared amenities including a sparkling plunge pool and BBQ rooftop terrace.
