Was in DC to celebrate a family members graduation and this was the perfect spot. It was close to local family members and other places that we were going for the time of our stay. Property was clean and ready for us upon arrival. We loved the backyard, it was perfect. Host was very accommodating and responsive.

Listing way right on the mark. Getting to the train was easy and the ride into town was short. Stay was well and we would partake again.

This property had just what our group needed for a great get away. We chose to drive to the Metro, park and then head to our destinations. It was great to return home after miles of walking and relax in the hot tub.

We have stayed in many rentals throughout the years and this by far was the cleanest and prepared. We honestly can't think of any negative (the neighborhood withstanding). Everything was perfect...COLD air during a extremely hot heatwave in D.C. (104 degrees one day). Comfy beds, pleanty of pillows and towels...very comfy sectional couch, kitchen amentaties and of the course the best hot tub we have been in..and we ALWAYS rent houese with hot tubs. Was fantastic to soak our sore bodies in after walking around so much in D.C. House has a cool style....the owner thought of everything to make this a great property. Too bad the neighbordhood seems a little rough. We heard fireworks a lot and a few times the neighbors yelled at their little kids so loud you can hear it through the walls and some people seemed unruly in the neighborhood...but not often and not a big deal in the grand scheme of things (the actual street was quiet and we never felt unsafe). There is a bus stop within minutes...and we took it in the city every morning...but elected to Uber home from our final spot of the day because thay are so slow and we wer exhausted.
Overall...GREAT home and we had a fantastic vacation.
