There is a screened-in patio out back, where you can relax after a long day at the beach! The house is located 15-20 minutes from two beautiful beaches (Manasota Key and Boca Grande Island). You are only 5 minutes from Northport and all the shopping and restaurants you need. Both Walmart and Target are within 10 minutes! You will also be 20 minutes from historical downtown Punta Gorda and 25 minutes from downtown Venice. And of course, there are restaurants everywhere! With so much to do and see nearby, this house is the perfect place to relax in comfort after a long day of exploring!
