Located on a quiet street, this (almost) new home is less than years two old. The open floor plan includes a large kitchen, four bedrooms, and two full baths. There is a screened-in patio out back, where you can relax after a long day at the beach! The house is located 15-20 minutes from two beautiful beaches (Manasota Key and Boca Grande Island). You are only 5 minutes from Northport and all the shopping and restaurants you need. Both Walmart and Target are within 10 minutes! You will also be 20 minutes from historical downtown Punta Gorda and 25 minutes from downtown Venice. And of course, there are restaurants everywhere! With so much to do and see nearby, this house is the perfect place to relax in comfort after a long day of exploring!

Nick is an excellent communicator. Despite him being on vacation in Europe during our stay he was always very prompt in responding to our few messages and has a strong sense of urgency to address issues. His house is spacious and nicely appointed. Would definitely consider staying again if we return

Property was very spacious, well laid out and quiet. Perfect place for three of us (more could easily fit). The owner was very easy to communicate with and we greatly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Nick's property. The property was clean, beautiful, and nicely appointed with everything you need. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting family close by. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby and the yet neighborhood was super quiet. Nate was a great host and checked in frequently. We will definitely be back.
