Our Riad R213, a historic 18th century riad , has been transformed into a bright residence full of charm, with certain luxury and refined decoration. It was entirely restored by an Italian architect, who made a large contribution to noble materials and delicate objects mixing Moroccan tradition (table, lamps from the famous Mamounia , etc.) and Italian refinement.
Ideally located in the Medina of Essaouira, near the souks, the port and the beach, it is easy to access.
The large volumes of its rooms, its numerous windows letting in light, the harmony of its colors, its immense living room with fireplace, its 5 bedrooms all with their bathroom in Carrara marble, its living room with colonnades and fireplace , its hammam and its two terraces, one of which has a sea view. Unique in Essouira, the Riad has central heating. Each radiator is integrated and invisible.
