The All Seasons Collection 30A is proud to include this cozy and quaint getaway in our portfolio of distinctive homes all located in the town of Rosemary Beach. This newly refurbished property with an air of sophistication and relaxing comfort is perfect for a couples getaway or a family of four wanting to have the ease of walking out the door and having immediate access to the many restaurants, shops and seasonal events Rosemary has to offer.
The open airy flow allows for continuous conversation while preparing your favorite meal and relaxing in the cozy and comfortable living area. Also adjoining this space is a walk-out balcony with seating, perfect for that first morning coffee. The first floor also features a bunk room. And a full bath with larger walk-in shower next to bunk area. For added privacy the king bedded master is located in the loft area of the cottage.
Numerous amenities such as Amavida coffee our local free trade coffee roaster, organic shampoo and conditioner, custom soaps, beach towels and cart just to name a few are included to enhance your stay.
And the crown jewel of your visit and just steps away; our beautiful sugar white sand beach and crystal blue Caribbean water, where you can enjoy a day at the beach and then look forward to amazing sunsets. Perfect place for a girl’s weekend! Was walking distance to downtown Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. Highly recommend and will definitely come back again.

Great location (5 min walk to the beach), clean and very cozy. Great stay for singles but if you’re staying with littles, a couple of things to note so that you’re not inconvenienced- the upstairs loft doesn’t have any window shades so it’ll be very bright in the bedroom all the way up until almost 8pm during spring/summer days which was a challenge for us when it came to putting our 8 month old down for naps or going down for the night. Also the staircase pops and creaks so if you have to go to the restroom in the middle of the night, it could wake your little one.
