Very cozy space. Was warm and well lit up on our late arrival. Host even had the dual controlled heated blanket turned on for us. Only bathroom is in guest room and it's tiny and kitchen is small, but otherwise we had enough room. Fenced back yard for our two puppies was spacious and convenient. Host was always available and was very accommodating for our 12:00 departure..

Adorable cottage in a wonderful location. Very cozy.
It was a bit more challenging than we expected to have only one small bathroom and have it located in one of the bedrooms.

Just OK. Kitchen tiny but had everything needed for simple meals. Bathroom very small and you needed to go through the second bedroom to access. Beautiful antique bed in smaller room but the slats holding the mattress up kept falling out at night causing sore backs in the morning. There is also a large stain on the living room rug that smells faintly of pet pee. Enjoyed staying in Franklin. Central to the places we wanted to visit.
