Beautiful cozy apartment with sunny terrace and direct access to the pool area. The flat is totally reformed and nicely decorated. Lovely views to the sea and gardens from the living room. The window in the living room completely opens which gives more space and great open view onto the communal gardens, pool and the sea! The terrace facing south so you have sun all day long with just few steps away from the refreshing swim in the pool. AC units ( cold/heat) in living room and bedroom, all windows have electric shutters. Bedroom with quality comfortable bed. Super modern kitchen is totally equipped. Washing machine located in the cupboard on the terrace. Secured tranquil complex offers facilities on-site: two outdoor pool areas with sun loungers and outdoor kids playground.
This apartment located in lovely urbanization Sitio de Calahonda, between two popular cities: Marbella and Fuengirola (15 kms to either way). This place is a great choice for the summer or winter holidays, quiet urbanization yet located just few minutes walk to all facilities you may need during your holiday: big supermarket Mercadona, british supermarket, few bars and restaurants, farmacy, banks. Gymnasium with professional equipment, trainers and classes just across the road. Sandy beaches with beautiful promenade of 6 kms long is great for morning or evening walks. The promenade connects three urbanizations: Calahonda-Riviera del Sol - La Cala. To explore nearest cities (Fuengirola, La Cala, Marbella, Cabopino, Elviria) you can take a local bus near by (5 mins walk)

My third time at this apartment and it was lovely as usual. Clean, quiet, everything that you could possibly need. Ivan was lovely, all very professional and friendly 10/10!
