This beautifully updated vacation rental is a perfect option for a small family stay or a couple's retreat to the Hostess City. This 3-bed and 1-bath home allows you to experience the best of the city, just a short stroll from Forsyth Park as well as local shopping, restaurants, and more!
Inside, the living room is comfortably furnished and has historic features, like the decorative brick fireplace. The updated kitchen offers stainless appliances and an eat-in dining space with seating for 4. Through the kitchen, there is backyard access where you can grill and lounge to your heart's content.
After a day of adventure in the city, retreat back to one of several comfortable bedrooms for a good night's rest. Bedroom 1 offers a king-sized bed, Smart TV, and offers direct access to a shared full bathroom. Bedroom 2 offers a king-sized bed and a Smart TV. Bedroom 3 offers a queen-sized bed and a Smart TV.
Only street parking is available. There is a gas grill for cookouts.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property and dates of stay and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

This little home was perfect! If you are traveling with your dogs I highly recommend this great little spot. I selected this property over other dog friendly spots because of the shorter steps for our senior dog and the back patio area which I felt completely comfortable letting our pups roam freely in. It was super clean and check in was easy. Was a little bit of a hike to the river, but walking and biking the city is half the charm of Savannah. Overall, loved everything about this property including the parking we found in back that got our vehicle off the main road and made loading and unloading simple.
