Our Tschirgant apartment, at 27 square meters, offers comfort and relaxation for two people. It is specially designed for adventurers who don’t want to spend their vacation time cooking. In this room, furnished with great care, you’ll find a double bed, a TV, a bathroom with a rain shower, a separate toilet, a small refrigerator, a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, and the necessary coffee accessories. Our lovingly furnished residence was completed in the winter of 2022 and features 2 vacation apartments as well as a separate guest room. The views from our apartments of the Inn Valley and our own Pitztal are breathtaking, and the tranquility in Timls is truly priceless. Timls is ideally located at 1,050 meters above sea level for both winter and summer activities in the heart of the Tyrolean Oberland. Thanks to our sunny hillside location, you’ll start your day with plenty of sunshine even early in the morning. Surrounded by forests and mountain meadows, we are the perfect starting point for impressive hikes and mountain bike tours to the surrounding alpine pastures and huts. When snow conditions are good in winter, you can even set out on a ski touring adventure right from the house. Ski resorts such as Hochzeiger, Hochoetz, Hoch-Imst, or the Venet Ski Area are less than 30 minutes away, and the Pitztal Glacier is 40 minutes away by car or public transportation.
