The vacation apartments at the “Residenz am Hafen” in the North Sea spa town of Bensersiel were completed in the winter of 2010. The North Sea spa town of Bensersiel is located directly on the unique natural wonder “Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park,” a “UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site” since 2009.
The spacious vacation apartments at the “Residenz am Hafen,” ranging from approximately 54 to 76 square meters and accommodating one to two people, one to three people, and one to four people, respectively, are of a very high standard, cozy yet modern, very comfortable, and warmly furnished and designed, and equipped with state-of-the-art technology.
The “Residenz am Hafen” is located directly behind the dike, right on the harbor. You really can’t get any closer to the beach entrance—and thus to the beach itself. The unique view over the harbor, the town, the North Sea, and the offshore islands from “Norderney” to “Langeoog” will quickly make you forget your everyday life.
The “Residenz am Hafen” is ideally located for your vacation activities. It’s just 50 meters from the front door to the harbor. The beach facilities are just a few more meters away; all other tourist attractions and amenities, as well as many charming little shops—for example, in the “Deichpassage”—cafés, and numerous other dining options are also in the immediate vicinity.
Very close by—just around the corner, so to speak—is, for example, the “Sonneninsel” North Sea Thermal Baths, a modern, heated water park and leisure facility. All spa facilities, as well as a modern wellness, sauna, and fitness center, are also located there. At “Sonneninsel,” you can really pamper yourself.
For your evening stroll in the “Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park” along the North Sea, you can reach it in just a few meters by crossing the dike. Then just take a short stroll—or even a few hours’ walk—and enjoy the sunset over the Wadden Sea.
